Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total booked and confirmed accommodation will be payable.

  • Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total booked and confirmed accommodation will be payable.

  • Early departure or a "no-show" - 100% of the total booked and confirmed accommodation will be payable.

  • FOR THE PERIOD JUNE / JULY 2010, THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY IS REPLACED WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT;

  • "THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED UP FRONT, AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE BOOKING, AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE"
