CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival - an admin fee of 5% of the total booked accommodation.

  • Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total booked and confirmed accommodation will be payable.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days, early departure or a "no-show" - 100% of the total booked and confirmed accommodation will be payable.
