Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total confirmed accommodation.

Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total confirmed accommodation.

Early departure or a "no-show" - 100% of the total confirmed accommodation.
